Which is worse, someone that is drunk on alcohol or drunk on patriotism, religion and fear?

To quote comedic actor W.C. Fields at a party of aristrocrats in Jolly Old England when a rather snooty woman accosted him to say, "Sir, you are drunk" to which he replied, "Madam, you are ugly...and I'll be sober in the morning." Seems to apply to the right-wingers, doesn't it...lol? They wrap themselves in their phony "flag" and fake "patriotism" (ad campaign funded by the big oil and corporations with which they collude on a regular basis) in order to trick the populace into voting against their own interests. I'd say they are far more dangerous for this nation in the long run than a tippler who will be sober the next day.
