My parents say I'm too young?

My parents say I'm too young to straighten my hair. EVERYONE does it, and I love how my hair looks when I do. I don't even straighten it everyday. Also, they say I am too young to shave my legs. I just don't want to walk around with hairy, prickly legs during the scorching summer. I can't dye my hair AT ALL too. Honestly, I'm just a teenager trying out things. We learn from mistakes so it's going to help me be a better person. Plus, people I know smoke weed, do ecstasy, have sex, only in middle school, so this isn't bad at all. I'm a good student, so I think I deserve better...
